Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Joining the waitlist does not create any guarantee of access to TackPile, any specific feature set, any specific pricing, or any specific timeline. We may close, change, or remove the waitlist at any time. We may decline to grant access at our discretion.

When you join, we will send a confirmation email and, when early access opens, additional communications about the product. You can unsubscribe at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by automated means beyond reasonable rate limits.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Site for competitive purposes.
• Submit content that infringes any rights or violates any law.

The Site (including its design, copy, logos, and code) is owned by TackPile and protected by intellectual property laws. The "TackPile" name and the TackPile logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

Anything you submit to us (such as feedback) we may use without restriction or compensation.

The Site may link to third-party services (for example, our hosted app domain, email service, or social profiles). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party services.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TackPile and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold TackPile harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date and notify waitlist subscribers by email when appropriate. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
