Questions we get a lot.
No. AI agents don't take seats. You pay per human user. Connect as many MCP agents as your plan allows.
Each time TackPile rewrites an idea into a user story with AC. Re-runs of the same item don't count separately within a 24-hour window.
Yes. The Solo plan stays free for one user with reasonable limits. We want hobbyists and solo founders kicking the tires.
Self-hosted MCP server is on the roadmap for Enterprise. Your agents can hit a TackPile MCP that you run, while data stays in our SaaS. Full self-host is something we'll consider based on demand.
The Studio tier is unlimited refinement at fair-use levels. If you're consistently above what we'd consider fair use, we'll reach out before charging anything extra.
Yes, at launch. Annual billing comes with two months free on Team and Studio.
Lock in early access pricing.
Waitlist signups get a grace period before billing kicks in, and a discount that doesn't expire as long as you stay on the plan.
